The schedule can change depending on weather conditions and on the needs of the group.
An usual course day on the wonderful island Fuerteventura starts with a yoga or pilates class at about 7:30 in the morning. This class prepares your body and mind for the day.
After breakfast at the hotel there will be plenty of time to explore the volcanic island or spend time at the beach. Enjoy a delicious typical lunch of the canary island at Corralejo.
In the afternoon will be an interesting workshop about your body or mind.
Round your day with a mellow class of yoga, meditation or pilates before you go and have dinner included at the hotel.
Not all of the workshops aren’t physical and can be done without getting exhausted. There are different topics around breath, fascia, different body parts, mindfulness, acceptance and self-love, communication, body awareness, and emotions.
