When we start to do asana, we move and shift into different and new poses. We get aware of what is going on inside of the body. During and after the practice, the poses have also a big impact on our emotions. By observing your body, breath and mind brings up perception of yourself.
Yoga keeps and changes your flexibility for the better. Not just the body gets more flexible, but also your mind. A lot of people start to walk through their lifes in a modified way, with more self-love, acceptance, confidence – they see the world full of options.
When we practice pranayama, which is energy work through breath we notice even more changes. By practicing meditation, we get access to an even deeper insight. Off the yoga mat we can use all this knowledge to break negative habits, improve the mindset, be more balanced, keep calm in difficult conversations.
