Before we can lead others with clarity, steadiness, and integrity, we must learn to lead ourselves. Claim Your Ground is the first course in the Rooted Leadership Series, focused on developing personal authority through self-awareness, values, boundaries, self-control, and aligned action.
Over five weeks, participants explore what has shaped them, what they value, where their lives are aligned or out of alignment, and how to make decisions from an internally anchored place rather than external pressure or expectation. Together, we examine the foundations of trustworthy leadership and learn how credibility is built through integrity, character, competence, composure, and accountability.
Through guided reflection, meaningful discussion, and practical application, participants develop a clearer understanding of who they are, where they stand, and the kind of leader they are becoming.
You'll explore:
Values, boundaries, and self-control
Personal authority and self-leadership
Life alignment and honest self-assessment
Vision rooted in identity and character
Decision-making grounded in integrity and discernment
Limited to 6 participants per cohort. Includes the "Find Your Ground" Field Kit dispatched upon enrollment.
