Growth cannot be forced; it can only be invited. Whether you are leading a team, a family, or simply navigating your own personal season of change, the laws of the garden apply to us all. You cannot demand a leaf to unfurl, but you can master the art of creating the environment where it thrives.

Step away from the digital noise and into the soil. In this tactile workshop, we use the life of a living plant as a mirror for your own internal infrastructure. Together, we’ll explore the "Botanical Analogies" of human nature:

  • Diagnosing the Wilt: Learning to distinguish signs and symptoms of common maladies and how to correct them.

  • The Art of Pruning: How to let go of habits, projects, or mindsets that are draining your energy to make room for new buds.

  • Soil Chemistry: Identifying the "nutrients" you personally need to remain resilient in high-stress seasons.

You’ll leave the fire circle with a fresh perspective on your own growth and a living "anchor" to remind you that the best things take time, intention, and the right light.

Every participant will receive a curated “Nurture Kit” prior to class:

  • The Living Anchor: A hand-selected indoor plant and unique vessel for it to inhabit

  • The Essentials: Soil mix and a pair of pruning snips.
